If you are at least 60 and want to share your experience and compassion, you have what it takes to be a Foster Grandparent.
Foster Grandparents serve up to 40 hours per week. They receive a tax-free hourly stipend. In addition, with Foster Grandparents, you'll receive a pre-service orientation, training from the organization where you serve, and supplemental accident and liability insurance while on duty.
When you volunteer, you're not just helping others, you're helping yourself. Volunteering leads to new discoveries and new friends. Plus, studies show that volunteering helps you live long and promotes a positive outlook on life.
Interested applicants should call the Foster Grandparent office at (308) 432-4200 or submit their contact information through the form on this page.
